How do I hook up my dvdr?

I have on demand from comcast and I would like to record movies from the pay per view. I can't seem to get it hooked up right, Any help would be great. Thanks

you can not record from on demand, only from PPV movies. There is actually a difference. If accesses through the on demand button, you can not record. If accessed through the PPV button, you can record. Copyright issues with the channels that are running the On Demand channels.
