How do I hookup my DTV converter box with a dvd recorder?

I have an analog tv & an outdoor antenna, I have hooked up my DTV converter box but cannot figure out how to hook my dvd recorder into this and still record with it. is this possible? if not what are my options? right now i have my antenna on a splitter so i can get the digital stations (through input) or just watch the analog stations.

It is possible if you bought the right DTV converter unit.  The unit I have, Zenith DTT900, has provisions for a video(Yellow), R(Red) & L(White) channel audio output.  The only other item you can install is an RF modulator to give you the outputs for your DVD Rcdr.  Radio Shack sells them.  Part # 15-2526.
