How do I host a custom game on Warcraft 3?

I go into the custom game tab on battle.net and load a saved game once i click the create game tab and than i hit create and i sit there for like 15 minutes and no1 joins am i missing a step? or could someoone state the steps.. Please help lol im dieing to be a host of a game. :-) thank you and i do leave the slots in the open position

llisten man, i love warcraft 3, but i couldnt host any games because of this reason.

you need to take off ur firewall, open ports , and go to www.portfoward.com which is extremely annoying. you have to go thru hours of steps. and its also very dangerous to open ports. well, thats about it. plus, if u have a bad connection, dont even think of trying, you need to be able to support most people who have n
