  1. In regard to the first part of your question - identify owner:

    One way is as follows:

First, look at the Members list.

Now, when you look in the first column (Member) you will see a little crown in front of a members name.  (Not very many, probably.  Maybe only one!)

Move your mouse over the crown and it should tell you what their special status is (i.e., "owner" or "moderator").

It looks like blue crowns mean "owner", and gold crowns mean "moderator".

I don't know if the owner can hide or not.

Also, try going to the groups Home page.

    Look near the bottom.

There should be Group Email Addresses.

You could send an email to the List owner, who is probably the last one listed there.

    Is this enough?

    Cheers,

    Dirk

  2. if the members list is open, you can look if it matches there- click the moderator tab- blue crowns are owners, yellow is moderators. to know exactly who has that e-mail address will probably serve hard to locate otherwise.
