How do I immigrate to Canada (I am Ukrainian)?

Question

I am citizen of Ukraine. Live undocumented in US (come here legally). I've heard that it is easier to get resident status in Canada, than in US.

I am thinking about:

1-Getting a degree (I see only Bachelors have enough points for immigration)

2-Study French

3-apply for some kind of visa or permanent residentship

Does this looks like a good plan?

or should I rather :

a-find US citizen to marry

b-cross the board and then figure it out

c-immigrate to Poland or Russia as most of Ukrainians :)

Canada is not all that easy to get visas for. You should preferably have an advanced degree in your field of work. My husband looked into Canadian visa options since a while ago..they pick the best of the best, if you are trying to get a visa based on work...I don't know but it would probably be easier if you were married to a Canadian woman...lol.. but I hope you wouldn't marry someone just for that . Good Luck! I know it is frustrating, this proccess.

Try the Orthodox / Church/ or Judaic Synogogues for Help.

They may need some workers that you may fill ( re your languages/ re UKRANIAN/ PROBABLY YOU SPEAK RUSSIAN SLAVONICS  ( A LOT OF UKRANIAN RUSSIAN JEWS LEGALLY IN CANADA NOW.. GIVE IT A SHOT

But I know that Juaic Synogogues help people get work in Canada . Jewish Organizations. It does not Matter if you are not Jewish. Ukrainians follow OT Too and a Lot of Jews are married to Ukrainian Russian Orthodox You can give it a shot
