You can't immigrate anywhere when you are 15.  When you are 18, you can marry her and she can sponsor you to move to the US or you can sponsor her to move to Canada.  Until then, talk online, visit if you can.  That's pretty much it.

Wait until you are 18 and see how you still feel about your girlfriend. Most 15/16 year old relationships do not last. You may think it's love, but you are too young.

You can't.  Unaccompanied minors cannot enter the US, cannot get a visa, cannot immigrate.  

To get a student visa, you must be part of an approved foreign exchange student program through your high school, and the maximum stay is one semester, or one school year (depending on the program).  You aren't old enough for that, either (usually minimum age of 16 or 17).  And you go to whichever country, school and live with the family you are assigned to.
