How do I implement Jumpsoles training in with my vertical training program?

  1. Well it depends on what the rest of your program consists of and what drills you want to do with the jumpsoles. I can tell you that your training should include improving strength, explosiveness, and plyometric ability, with emphasis on your weakest of those three muscle qualites.     If you're just doing weightlifting, go ahead and add some jumpsole drills to your workout, and then increase your rest period. If you're doing plyometrics too, try doing a couple of the drills with the jumpsoles and a couple without. If you're only doing plyos, try doing some bodyweight strength lifts with the jumpsoles. Body squats, lunges, split squats...thing like that. Just remember if you increase your workload to increase your rest too. Good luck  


  2. i bought some jumpsoles but havent used them i should of just bought some kicks instead............work them in gradually
