How do I import a large list of 14,000 ?

I am moving my list fromTopica email to YahooGroups. The list is 14,000. How do I import the whole list without doing 50 at a time?

Try going to Mail Options lots of info there

I don't think you can- send the link to the members and have them join- or 50 at a time
