I have very bad allergies all year-round. I do not know what I'm really allergic too. I often have random allergy attacks. How can I improve my symptoms naturally and reduce allergy attacks?

  1. go to an allergy doctor they will do tests and find out what you are allergic to. Once they find out what those things are which is done by an intial test and a more specific follow up test to develop a serum from the things you allergic to. Then they will have a serum made from the oil of the tree, pet dander, grass, or whatever it is and use needle shorter then your nail inject into your the layer right below your skin very small amounts of the allergins into the fat. This ways your body builds up a level of immunity naturally and long lasting.

  2. Eat a tablespoon of honey per day from your LOCAL farmer's market. Make sure the honey is from regional bees close to you. This should build up a natural immunity to your local flora.

  3. First of all, ask your parents to take you to be allergy tested. that way you can find out exactly what it is that is setting you off. It could be certain plants, pollens or food. If they can't take you to be tested, i would suggest cutting down on dairy foods for awhile to see if that helps. Also make sure your bedroom is dust free as well. You could  keep a food diary so that if you have an allergy attack, you can look back in your diary too see if food was what caused it. There are many natural products that you can take to help with allergies. A tablet combining garlic and horseradish can help.

  4. go to the dr. nd get tested for allergies. then get med.

  5. you need to see an allergist

  6. Consuming unpasteurized bee honey in the late winter/ early spring can slowly build your pollen resistance for the coming allergy year. People who do this report that they have milder allergy symptoms. However it is only temporary and consuming too much can cause an allergic reaction (my father took bee or pollen pills or something once and the dose was way too concentrated. He swelled up).

There are allergy shots now that don't require you being poked a thousand times. They can test your blood to find what you are allergic too then do weekly shots for a number of years until your resistance builds up. Best part about that is those shots don't hurt like when you give blood or as if you were getting an immunization in the muscle, because they don't have to pierce anything but the skin. So mild pain and say its a 5 year treatment, by the time you're 17 (just about getting out of highschool) you'll be done.

  8. i would see a dr that specializes in alergys they can determan  what you are allergic to

  9. I use a neti pot.  It's a device which allows you to pour a saline solution through your nose.  It's great because it cleans out all the dust and pollen that typically aggravates allergies.  Also, by cleaning out your nasal passages, the hairs in your nose are able to trap additional particles through the day before they can aggravate your allergies.

  10. If your ears are itching and so are your nose and throat, I would suggest using Claritin D.

  11. Drink tons of water, really.

    Get rest, stay indoors. Lol.

I've got the same problem, and I'm 21 now.

I used to have allergic reations if I was like cutting the grass. Ugh it was awful.

But now that I'm older, they're starting to be a little less severe.

Working out, drinking lots of water, and trying to avoid outside (because I'm allergic to outside) is what I do.

    Hope yours get better though.

Don't take drugs though, because when you're older, they won't work.

Only take a pill if you're REALLY suffering.

  12. If u mean outdoor allergies:

    Take Vitamin A and C..

    It worked for me. =]
