  1. U may train yourself every week and try to grasp thing to improve your strength.

  2. Just dribble the ball wherever you go. Make it a habit. Let's say you're going to take a walk with a friend or something, take a ball, bring it alone and just dribble it. Eventually, it will become second nature to you and you'll be able to dribble to ball way better. Good luck!

  3. Make sure you can grip the ball good. Not just dribble or do a crossover by light tapping the ball or slapping it. Make sure you practice alot as well!

    Hope i helped!

  4. do like pistol pete dribble the ball up and down rail road tracks while running and keep the ball in front of you

  5. Just take 20-30 mins out of your day and go somewhere with a hard surface and practice dribbling the ball behind you, and between your legs.   I used to play basketball all the time, but then I had to move. Once I moved I couldn't play ball anymore all I could do was Dribble the ball behind my house.  So just go somewhere and dribble with one hand for awhile then the other then try between the legs and behind the back.  It also would help to dribble with your eyes closed so that you dont have to look down sometimes when you dribble.

  6. practice

  7. play basketball everyday,  1 on 1 preferably with someone better than you.

watching someone good in action closely can also give you an idea.

  8. ball handling is the most important of all. just dribbling wont help.u have to be strong, good grip on the ball and firm position. u literally have to stick to the ground, imean u shudn't be so weak that some one pushes you and u just fall off. so u need to see ur position first. wen a coach trains u, the first thing he's gonna teach is dribbling and not just dribbling but he also tells how should ur posture be. like, u shud be defending with one hand wen dribbling with the other. and there shud be a certain distance btw ur legs (about 50 cm nearly) so that u dont fall off to the ground and u shud also bend forward a little putting pressure on ur feet while dribbling.

keep practising keeping all this in mind. and make sure u r dribbling the ball without seeing it. (u shud hav a constant vision on ur opponent, so that u'l kno his moves and u can react fast). for practising, play 1 on 1 match with sumone who u think plays as gud as u do or even better than u.

u shud also keep in mind that u shud not hav the ball for urself for more than 30 seconds, else u'l surely loose the ball. bball is oe of the most fastest and team sport. u shud hav coordination with ur team players else the opposite team will be having a better chance to win.

tip: dont just hog in the name of ballhandling. rotate the ball as quickly as possible this also helps in confusing ur opponent.

  9. try doing sprints while bouncing the ball, that helped me when i was younger, im sorry to tell you but the main way you're going to get better is practice and experience

  10. My ball handling just improved by itself. I started getting better when I dribbled during games. The more games I played , the better my ball handling.

  11. Just take two basketballs and dribble them as hard and as fast you can into the ground. But to make it more effective push the ball through your elbow and you will see what i am talking about. Good luck.
