i would like to know what i should do to improve my overall distance running time. i know i need to practice running everyday but what kind of drills and excercises should i be doing to make my times better (i.e. 800m-sub2min, 1600m-sub5min, 2mile-sub11:30min, 10k-ect, ect...)
