How do I improve my hand-eye coordination and reflex skills?

Hi

I'm partially sighted consequently I have poor hand-eye coordination and reflex skills. Can anyone suggest any tips or advice to improve them?

Those are things that require practice and refining to get any improvement.

Doing any activities that require those skills is the only way to practice, such as video/ arcade games.

It is something you can improve only if you do it...a lot.

But because of poor vision , it will probably always be more difficult for you to achieve what some with good vision can do in that area.
