I have a good vertical jump and I know how to approach. But my problem is when it comes to hitting. I try to go agressivly but my hand is always sloppy. I really want to hit hard but it doesn't work. Any tips??........plus my timing is a little bit off.

  1. unlike some people have said u should always be aggressive. u just have to be smart and choose how u r agressive. i had the same problem with hitting. u just have to practice and pay attention to what ur doing. and if u can have someone there with u who can tell u when u do it wrong and how to fix it. it helped me out alot.

  2. change sport

  3. Don't be agressive Thats for football!! when you get under the ball push up lightly!!! Well my friend is gunna go outside and make you a video it should help she said so check this youtube in about in 1hour n a half b/c she has to have the batteries charge

  4. practice practice practice

  5. My friend Abby had a problem with a sloppy hand too. What she did really worked during practices (you can't use them during games). She took little wooden sticks and put them bewteen her fingers, then she put tape all around them to make her hand straight. So when she hit it was more powerful because she had an open hand not a messed fist kind of thing. lol

  6. Yes, you do have to practice, but WHEN you practice, you can slow down and take the time to crush your habit and create a new one, the correct one! This may take more time for practice, though. But  it's worth it and don't worry because I had the same problem and fixed it by doing this.

  7. make sure you know when you are going to hit.then at home you coujld pratice hitting the ball up and down with the ball and see how much times you hit it.that will help your time
