  1. There's 2 simple answers. 1) Run slower upfront and save for a kick. 2) You need to do more endurance work since you're really falling off at the end.

It looks like you have decent speed, so your endurance is the issue. You have to up the mileage.

  2. You can slow it down in the beginning like first lap like 70-71 and pace yourself, but really the kick is all mental. Just rear back and let err rip man.

  3. instead of goin out in a 67.2 try  to run even even if that means goin like 70 for ur first two laps 71 or 72 for the third and use wat  ever you got left four your last lap which if ur times are rite you prolly could go under 70 which would be 4:42 you would drop 7 secs which is real good

  4. DON'T SLOW DOWN!!!

Run the same man cuz you are probably trying to go with the pack just don't get it into your head(cuz thats where you are probably thinking to much and slowing yourself down) so just realize you onle have one lap left and realize your going to be hurting like h**l when you finish so might as well hurt a little more and GO FOR IT and give your all when you have nothing left that last 200 and when you really have nothing left dig deep and look inside yourself and go for it!!!

Plus relax dude, control your breathing cuz most cases people aren't hurting that bad, they just THINK they are really hurting. Look at all the best runners in the world they all looked one thing RELAXED lol
