My right leg can turn all the way out(almost so my toes are facing behind me). My left leg on the other hand can not even turn to a parallel possition.

  1. Just find a position that stretches ur left foot out and stand around like that, walk with a focus of turning ur left foot out, it will just take time, good luck! :)

  2. when you work at dance for your turnout make sure your working with both legs with the same degree of turnout, so if your left leg only turns out a small bit do the same with your right.  Try to work your turnout the same on both sides.  It may seem weird on your right leg and kind of like you aren't trying very hard but by doing this your working on your left side a bit more... also try things such as frog stretches or work of your middle split which also helps your turnout...
