I'm a freshman and I was on the JV team last year. Not many juniors or sophmores (this year) play volleyball, so I might have a chanceof making varsity. I'm really short, and I usually play libero, but it'd still be nice to have a better vertical.If it herlp here's the workout equipment I have:Treadmil.5 pound weights.Exersize bike.This thigh trainer thing.I also have a gym mebership.Thanks.
