I need more information about your wireless router, but the easiest way is to set an encryption key (wep). You will have to enter this key into any wireless devices you have in order to access your network. Anyone who doesn't have the key will not be able to access your network. Also, disable broadcasting your network name. Your router documentation should tell you how to do these things.
