  1. What are you incorporating?

I just renewed my incorporation in Hoboken. I had  had to go to here

New Jersey Division of Revenue, Trenton, NJ 08646

Also this site will help you..http://www.nj.gov/njbgs/

I did this myself and it took a lot of time to get it correct. These people will not help you, they can't give legal advice at all, nor direct you.

But if you get the right person.. you might get lucky.. I did.

I suggest getting an attorney if think you may file incorrectly. However, this is the link to the start process..http://www.nj.gov/treasury/revenue/getti...

    You will need these things:

    1) obtain a tax ID number/employer ID Number

    2) obtain a certificate of incorporation

Also you have to pay a renewal fee and file a annual report (each year), directly with the rev department.

  2. Look or do a search online for incorporation companies.  It will be easier for you and less expensive.  They will give you everything you need to do it and comparisons on forms.  If you live and want to do business in a state other than your own, you will need to apply to your state as a foreign corporation.  The cost for everything you need to do it online generally will be from about 300 to 750
