I've lost my appetite recently, I believe for a couple of weeks now. And for the last 5 days, I've only had one meal per day. I can hear my stomach making sounds and burning sensation but I still dont have appetite. I want to eat but once food is there, I feel nausceous. This is making me feel depressed. I want to stay healthy. Any tips?
I'm not anorexic, pregnant or ill. I just want to know how I can increase my appetite! Thank u for your answer!
