How do I increase my vertical leap quickly?

Im 5'5. I just started working out with ankle weights but idk how effcient they will work

  1. Use jumpsoles they help in 4 weeks! You can also do calf raises and squats that will help also.


  2. well ive been trying to jump high for a long time and no luck but what people tell me is squats box jumps lunges calf raises and all of that may help some people just cant jump high

  3. PLEASE do some research first before doing any serious training with ankle weights. They are dangerous if not properly worked with and can hurt your knees permanently (when you're 40 and getting knee surgery you'll regret it). I would recommend researching plyometrics and if you have the money I have heard many good things about jumpsoles. But really don't overdo it with the weights and training especially if it affects your health. And if all else fails, work on your jumpshot =)
