  1. You don't, because you are not even due yet!

Nothing will work, unless that baby is wanting to come out.

  2. walking.. castor oil..spicy food..squats..s*x.! .. you can try all these like i did and my lil boy is stubborn and just dont wanna come out lol but it may work for yA! im 38wks and im getting induced wed. but ill be 39wks i def, know how you feel go google "inducing labor" and they will give you alot more answers on ways to induce your labor! Good Luck and Congrats!

  3. walk,,i did

  4. Well your body does have to be somewhat ready but are some things that you may want to try-

    Spicy foods

    Walking up & down hill

    Squatting (for about 10 minutes)

    nipple stimulation (for hours)

    Raspberry Leaf tea

Castor oil (very, very gross but it will @ least clean you out)

I know how you feel (been there 4 times) but try to be patient & enjoy your last days w/out a newborn =)

  5. they say walking but it never worked for me it just made me more mad and tired.

  6. nothing will induce if your body isnt ready. trust me, i'm 1 week overdue and have tried the walking, s*x, spicey food, ect... nothing happens for me.

  7. Not that I would ever recommend self inducing, but nipple stimulation accidentally worked for me.  My husband and I were being a little frisky with each other and totally forgot that nipple stimulation could bring on labor. We didn't realize till later that it was the reason I went into having full blown contractions so quickly. My water even broke at home! Luckily I was 39 weeks. Good luck and be careful!

  8. I have heard about castor oil before...some people really swear by it.

  9. Hang in there, I know how you feel but this baby will come when it's ready.

Avoid castor oil (it can get very nasty and messy) it's not good for you or the baby.

    try:

    - nipple stimulation

    - acupressure/acupuncture

    - spicy food, as long as it doesn't give you heartburn

    - gentle exercise, especially walking/swimming

    - red raspberry leaf tea

    - essential oils of jasmine, rose, neroli and clary sage.

    - blue and black cohosh (should only be prepared for you by a qualified herbalist/naturopath)

  10. Well s*x does, other than that I heard lots of walking and nipple stimulation.
