How do I initially charge shipping on Ebay if I do not know where the buyer is located?

Shipping prices can change according to where a buyer is located. How to do I do this?

Just don't list an exact shipping quote.  Or you can say S&H will be between $10. - $18.00 depending on your zip code.  And tell them to email you if they want an exact quote.

In the S&H section of the listing info, click postage calculator, and eBay will find the right postage amount. If your countries eBay doesn't have this service, just click no postage, and the buyer will e-mail you to find out postage costs. you can then go to your countries postal service website, and calculate postage there.
