How do I insert a png file into Geocities Pagebuilder?

I'm trying to insert a png file into the geocities pagebuilder. The file is in my file manager but when I go to insert pictures>user images in the pagebuilder it's not there.

I've tried numerous things to see if it would work but it's not. I really don't want to have to make the png file into a gif or jpg so sould someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or help me fix this? Thanks.

PageBuilder is extremely old, and as such does not support MANY things. PNG is one of them. Just open your PNG in paint, and save as... jpeg. Problem solved.
