I bought a Laguna electric guitar and it came with a whammy bar but it wasn't installed onto it and there's no instructions on how to put it on. I see where its suppost to go but i'm not sure if it just screws on or if there's something i'm sppost to do or what. Can anyone help me out?

  1. You usually just twist it or jam it into the slot. If it has like little grooves on the end of it that means your supposed to s***w it in, it its smooth, just jam it in.

    Hope this helped.

  2. I am not familiar with Laguna guitars.  Usually the whammy bar just twists into a small hole near the bridge of the guitar (the bottom of the strings).  Find the small hole.  If the end of your whammy (that attaches to the guitar) is threaded (has grooves like a s***w) then you should be able to turn it clockwise into the hole until it is tightly affixed to the guitar.

Other versions clip in, etc.  But, it should be a simple and quick process because most guitarists don't use it for every song, so you will have to be able to quickly disgard it.

    Good luck!
