How do I install my router with out a cd?

It is a wireless router model WRT300N Wireless-N Broadband Router and do you need the cd it came with or could i borrow a relatives but theres is a diffrent model?

You do not need a CD for this. You can just plug it into your computer and access it's control panel by using the default address which is http://192.168.1.1.

This is a Linksys router so the default password is password. If you cannot access it, push and hold the reset button on the back for 6-10 seconds and try again.

plug all wires in proper order, then type 192.168.1.1 user name ADMIN dont put anything on password
