How do I install pictures (or album covers) into my mp3 music file?

I am trying to figure out how can I embed an image file into my music mp3, so the picture can be displayed on my ipod, while I play the mp3 file on my ipod.

The easiest way is to highlight all of the songs from the album and copy the artwork image from any website(i recomend rateyourmusic.com-best quality) Then just right-click and past in the section where it says "insert artwork here"
