Is there a place to meet other people that do Parkour?

Try checking out parkour.meetup.com  You can set up meetups with other people in your area.

PRACTICE, bouncy shoes, comfy (rippable) clothes and somewhere with challenging spaces (not too near jo public)

Check on free running forums (dont know any) and ask if anyone is in your area....

generally don't look, set one up and if there is another group they will hear of you...

some parkour clubs exist in some cities...try and find them in yahoo or google groups
