How do I join a high school drama club as homeschooler?

I'm almost sixteen. I'm home schooled. I have very little friends and I want to make more friends who have the same interest as me. (I'm not antisocial, I just haven't joined any groups in the past few years is all.)

Get in touch with the local high school, and find out who's in charge of the drama club. Ask them if it would be okay for you to join, you're a member of the school district even if you don't attend the school. You might need your parents to help you out with this too.
