  1. go to the yahoo group home page and click one of the bold blue catagories.

  2. Oh it's a very complex process to join a group. You have to go click on the group's home page, find a link  marked "join", give them the information they ask for and then (here's the tricky part)

    Wait.

    Good Luck

  3. Also, if you have the name of a specific group you want to join you can send an e-mail to the group's subscribe address which will look something like this: group-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

If that still doesn't work then I would recommend contacting a Yahoo Groups customer service representative to see if they can help you to figure out if maybe there's some kind of an error going on at the site.

  4. Go to this page:

    http://groups.yahoo.com/

In the "Find a Yahoo! Group" section enter the group you are looking for and hit search. After you find a group you wish to be a member of, here is how you can join a group:

And here is how you create a new group:

Creating a group is easy and free. Here's how you can create a new group:

    1. Go to Yahoo!s homepage, from the left hand side list choose "groups"

    2. When the pages comes, there is box which says "Easy as 1-2-3. Start your group today." Click on it.

    3. Then you enter to your Yahoo mail address.

    4. You have 3 steps to create your yahoo group, which are: Categorize, Describe and Select Profile.
