How do I keep cps from contacting my family about my where abouts?

Turn yourself into them and they'll stop looking for you. Short of that, if they want to find you and your family's number is the only one they have, guess who they're going to contact...

If by CPS you mean Child Protective Services...then go to school.  If you're old enough to drop out then you need to do it officially.

If you mean Chicago Public Schools then see the above answer.  If you are of school age and truant or you are a delinquent, then your parents should be keeping a better eye on you.  Legally they have a responsibility to do so and I applaud CPS for forcing you and your family to become better members of society.
