How do I keep my eyeglass nose pieces from turning greenish on the inside?

I have clear nosepiecs on my glasses. They get greenish on the inside. I've heard that it's acid from my skin, but I'm wondering if it's moisture, too. How do I keep it from happening?

  1. I'm always trying to avoid green gunk.  D:

Get a q-Tip or a toothpick and get all of the gunk out.  If you want, wash the nose pieces often with a moist Q-Tip so that dirt and other things aren't constantly plaguing them.

I have a really oily nose, so I'm always trying to keep them clean.

    Hope this helps!

  2. THERE'S NO WAY TO STOP IT, IT'S A NATURAL THING. IT IS JUST THE PLASTICS, SOAKING UP YOUR SWEAT AND OIL.
