How do I keep my fresh from the shop toenail polish looking good even after working out. ?

Usually my socks rub off the polish and they start to look faded. Also if I have a design that usually falls off. Any suggestions????

go and by a top coat and add two or three coats. when you get your nails done they dont put alot of top coats because when you do stuff like that it wears the polish out. it means more money for them.

when i have mine on i usually put on a clear top coat everymorning before i put shoes and that on. this way they last a lot longer.
