  1. I agree, let your roommate get her own pots and pans.  Or if you feel really bad, buy her some at the dollar store and gift them to her.  I keep my good knives away from my roommate otherwise he would be cutting up tires with them or chopping down trees.

  2. Ask her politely to do so when she's done with cooking. There's no other way but to approach her.

  3. Wash it and then keep it in your room so she can't  use it.

  4. tell her you dont like hows shes/hes doing things and could they please do better

if they ignore you move into another house away from them

  5. Hide the pots and pans and when she says "Where are they?" Suggest she buys her own. I know how it is trying to keep new pots clean and spot free. If you disrespect someone's stuff, they're going to get mad, so don't feel bad for hiding your things!

  6. Remove your nice pots, you can either replace them with thrift store oldies or suggest she buy her own, or just tell her what the issue is and what you would like to happen, don't let the agro build, sort it out asap, before your pots and friendship are ruined!
