How do I keep my screen saver on all the time when I'm not using my computer?

Right click on your desktop, click properties, and screen saver. You'll be able to personalize all this.

If you click on the "power" button, you can select how long you want your monitor to stay "on" or to standby.

Go to " Display Properties"

Under that, go to " Screen Saver" and click on the " Power " button

Then, under "settings for power schemes" choose or scroll to  " never" under all options....

I believe that should do it :)
