Whenever I use the tea pot the tea smells like metal - you know, like the smell you get on your hands if youve touched old keys or something. I don't know how better to describe it. It has been like this since I first bought it.

  1. get a porcelin tea pot instead

  2. Tea from stainless steel teapots always taste like that.  The best pot to make tea in is made of pottery.

  3. you might have to go and buy another tea pot, because most things like that taste like metal forever.

  4. you must consider that what you buy is of good quality. try not to use steel material for the pot. use porcelain, and try not to leave the teaspoon in the cup when the tea is still hot. this might cause mixing of chemicals.
