How do I keep my updated rosters from online to stay when I play franchises and quick games?

When you enter the online mode in Madden it gives you the option to save the roster, save it and go back to your main menu. Now before you choose any game modes (Franchise, Quick Play...etc.) load the saved roster first and then choose the mode you want. Once you've started the game/mode you'll notice that your rosters are now the updated ones.
