Whenever I immerse veg Manchurian balls into the gravy, I find that after some time they become too soft and soggy; they tend to break off. How do I make the Manchurian balls more crispy?

  1. Fry the balls thoroughly in hot oil, make them crispy and put them in the gravy just dew minutes before serving the dish.

  2. Make sure they have a nice crust built on them. That keeps the balls from soaking in too much of the gravy. Make sure the oil you fry the balls in, is VERY hot. Also fry a few at a time, that way it won't bring down the temperature of the oil too much.

  3. Put more bread crumbs in them.

  4. wen u grate or chop veg.,add sum salt in it..kep 4 few mins..squeze wid muslin cloth..add equal quantities of flour n corn flour..add an egg..n deep fry in hot oil..add balls only before service, heat 4 2 mins in gravy n serve..if u want to make dm hard den add  more corn flour bcz. flour makes balls soft n cf makes thing crispy
