How do I keep on my diet?

Everytime I'm on a diet, I eat a few healthy stuff a day, and then I eat junk food again. It drives me insane!!!!How do I really eat healthy for my diet?

  1. you need some sort of motivation.

    think about why youre on a diet in the first place, is it for health reasons? for perhaps a special someone? so you can wear a certain item of  clothing? etc. and whenever youre tempted to snack on the junk food, think of that motivation again and instead go get an apple or a carrot or something if you really need to.
