How do I keep up with current events?

I really would like to know about what is going on in the world but when I try to watch the news it seems as if there is so much going on that I can't keep up. Also, I need to know about business news but I don't know where to go for main topics. Can anyone give me websites for financial and business news that is updated daily and a website for global news that just includes the main topics.

I suggest you just scan Google News. It has all the headlines from around the whole, aggregated from worldwide media sources. It also has business news. Just click the "business" tab and you'll get the day's business headlines of mergers, souring economies, booming production in Brazil, whatever's of note both in the US and worldwide.

Go to Comcast.net or AOL.com for news. They'll have a little of everything so you don't feel overwhelmed and have categories such as sports, business, science, international, etc...
