How do I keep worms out of my Concord grape plant?

I just bought a Concord grape plant at the nursery this year and it's been growing like crazy. Except it's not growing many grapes. The few green ones it did grow appear to be filled with very small worms and I can't find out how to rid the grapes of these worms for next year so that I may be able to grow more grapes, and eat them!

Spray them with Sevin. You can buy it at Wal-Mart, Rural King etc..
