How do I kick out a person out my house on Sims 2 for Xbox?

I have a little problem. I accidentally asked someone to move in with me on Sims 2 for Xbox and I really don't want him living me but i also accidentally saved it. Is there any way for me to kick him out of my house?! I tried killing the guy but he just came back as a ghost and was spooking my friends. So. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I want this guy out of my space!!!
