If the area is shaded and damp all the time they will grow.  Especially, if you put down mulch recently that contained the spores....  

Try allowing the area to dry out just a little bit... it will probably correct the problem right away.  

If not a fungicide will take care of them.

Go to a gardening center and ask them for a product that will allow you to eliminate the fungus/mushrooms

you will be able to buy a product from the garden center, but the area is probably damp shade. trimming back some low growing branches of nearby trees or give the area a good fork to let the air into the ground to help dry it a bit. good luck
