How do I know If I have went through puberty???

I'm just wondering because I have had my period and theirs hair down there but I haven't had any blemishes or pimples I know it sounds dumb but I need to know

Yes. You are going through puberty. Pimples don't happen to everyone, but your period is the main indication you are going through puberty.
