I'm nice, I hate waiting in line, play a musical instrument, draw, I can see ghosts(sometiems), don't have a lot of patience for some people, hate rules, rebel easily, I'm considered different, my eyes are brown, I don't really have friends, and I take things very slightly. My moods change constantly and I'm really random. I've never seen my aura, it's really hard for me to see it.

  1. Did you checked your head, first? And if you find to have the condition they told you about, don't you ever stop taking your medication!

  2. Key is the metaphysical aspect.  Describe your metaphysical self to me, and can you tell me more about you being able to see ghosts?

Here are common qualities of indigo children according to sourced research:

"According to New Age beliefs Indigo children are highly sensitive with a clear sense of self-definition and a strong feeling that they need to make a significant difference in the world. They are empathic and can easily detect or are in tune with the thoughts of others, and are naturally drawn to matters concerning mysteries, spirituality, the paranormal and the occult, while opposing unquestioned authority and contradictory to convention. They are also said to feel a strong sense of entitlement. Some beliefs hold that they are often labeled with the psychiatric diagnoses of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and also Autism, and that they become unsociable when not around other Indigo Children. They are also believed to be prone to depression and sleep disorders such as insomnia and persistent nightmares."

  3. indigo childern are non-existant. they are made up like jesus. in other words, they are about as real as unicorns. your too young to be in this section. please leave now.

  5. You sound like a typical teenager who is starting on the path of conscious self-discovery. Don't grab the first label you see but keep in mind that things will look a lot different in another year or two.

Be prepared to think a lot of weird things about yourself over the next few years. It's part of growing up. Avoid trying to get so hung up in labels and identities that it blinds you to the reality.

Here's something to reflect on ... right now you would be the PERFECT target for a stalker, sexual predator or cultist who would tell you that you are so right and that HE is the only person who understands you and appreciates you. ... and he'll make it sound so good ... and he truly LOVES you ... and your parents and teachers just aren't sensitive enough to understand you ... and HE really, really cares ... and understands ... and wants to meet you ... with wine coolers 'cause you're just SO mature and he can see that and the silly laws shouldn't apply to the two of you because you are SO perfect for each other ... and he SO understands and ....

    Be careful out there.

(Edit: Looks like someone has spotted the little fishy and has tossed out the bait. ... now he has only to reel her in .... )

  6. According to the premise an indigo child's aura is blue, but the child does not have to be aware of the colour of his aura.

Use the link below to read up on the 'symptoms' of an indigo child.

Do note that no empirical evidence exist to confirm the existence of this phenomena.  The 17 traits most commonly attributed to indigo children are so vague they could describe "most of the people most of the time".

Nancy Ann Tappe coined the term in 1982 in her book Understanding Your Life Through Color.  According to Tappe [...each universal age is accompanied by a preponderance of people with that life color. For instance now most adults are either Blue or Violet, the two colors with the attributes most needed in this the Violet Age of transition. During the next age, the Indigo Age, Indigo colors will be the norm.

The Indigo phenomenon has been recognized as one of the most exciting changes in human nature ever documented in society. The Indigo label describes the energy pattern of human behavior which exists in over 95% of the children born in the last 10 years … This phenomena is happening globally and eventually the Indigos will replace all other colors.]

For all we know she could have thumb sucked this idea.  And if she did not and the idea is legitimate, it would mean that 25 years after the fact, the majority of children will have indigo auras and it is no longer anything special.  In contrast, not being an indigo child should be the issue today or the aura colour for the special people should have started to change again.

  7. The concept of Indigo children is a New Age fabrication.  There is really nothing more to it than that.  Nancy Ann Tappe, a "psychic", wrote a book saying, despite evidence to the contrary, that she could see auras.  Some "special" children had indigo auras.  She coined the phrase "Indigo child" to describe these kids.  That is all there is to it.  There was no study, no classification standards, no prognosis of any sort of condition.

An Indigo child is any child that has one or more of a long list of general characteristics (a la astrology).  Since 100% of children and 100% of adults have one or more of these characteristics it's strange why she would bother with such a classification.

  8. This is the only Indigo person I know of:

If you're referring to the New Age mumbo-jumbo where misbehaved kids are treated as psychics to draw attention away from bad parenting, don't spend much time thinking about that. It's just a feel-good fad.

Regarding your self-description, you sound like an average adolescent. Don't worry about not seeing your aura -- as far as scientific investigation can tell us, auras are imaginary and probably don't actually exist at all. About seeing ghosts -- next time you do, go investigating. You might just find that you saw an optical illusion.

  9. an indigo child would never call someone a dumbas.

  10. There's really no set of rules as to indigo children to my knowledge.  But you and I sound a lot a like, so it is possible.

Take care, and im or email me anytime.  Those spirits sure can get annoying, and if you need another necropath to speak with I am always (almost) online.

    Blessed be

  11. Look in a mirror.  If your skin is a bluish-purple color, you may be indigo.  If your skin is an ordinary shade of tan/brown, you aren't.  If your skin is a shade of green, seek medical attention immediately.

  12. yes, you seem to have a lot of these qualities. There are quizes that let you know if you possibly are. You could also have autism or Aspberger's.

  13. you sound like a normal teenage boy. what's an indigo child?

  14. Sorry to disappoint you, but most 14 year olds fit that description pretty well.

  15. You are not an indigo child, on account of the fact that the term "indigo child" is simply a book selling word for new age authors and is not anything real.

Its a con-job. There is no such thing. Anybody who reads the symptoms of indigo child thinks they or thier child is one.
