How do I know if I need glasses?

1)  Get an eye exam

2)  (to see if you are nearsighted) The next time you are in a fast food restaurant sit in the back, if you can see what the menu says  then I don't think you need glasses

3)  (to see if you are far sighted) Try reading a book and if you can't go a whole page without squinting then you problem need an eye exam.

The best way to know is to have an eye exam.  If objects in the distance appear blurry to you, then you may be nearsighted or have astigmatism.  If objects close by such as a book or computer appear blurry or your eyes have difficulty maintaining focus on them, then you may be farsighted or presbyopic depending on your age.

if  you  are  reading  and  it  seems  to  be  blurry  and  can  not  see  the  letters.  and    can't  see  clear  ...........................

Do you getheadaches? Even mild ones around the eyes,Do you squint when you need to read something,watery eyes(occaisionally)?Feeling tired sometimes? If you can answer "yes" to most if not all to these ?s, then most likely you need glasses. I have been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old, so i know. Make an appnt. with an opthamoligist asap. Don't take your eyesight for granted, Eye health is very important. Go see the doc, and if you do need glasses, they have very stylish ones out there.                                                         Glasses are cool!
