There is a logo, but you have to make sure it's the RECYCLED materials logo, not the RECYCLABLE materials logo, as RECYCLABLE materials are not necessarily made of RECYCLED materials.

If the triangle-of-three-folded-arrows logo appears against a dark background, that logo indicates RECYCLED materials.  However, if the triangle-of-three-folded-arrows logo appears against a light background, then it could indicate either RECYCLED or RECYCLABLE materials, so you have to look closer.  If the logo has a percentage printed near it, it indicates the percentage of RECYCLED materials.  However, if the logo has a single-digit numerical designation and plastic-type abbreviation (e.g., 1=PETE, 2=HDPE, 3=LDPE), that logo indicates RECYCLABLE (but not necessarily RECYCLED) materials.
