  1. Ok, answer number one seems vague.

Go To Control Panel and see if you have the option BLUETOOTH (it can be bluetooth devices, bluetooth configuration, etc.)

Also, look for a system tray icon for bluetooth. (The one in opposite to your "Start Menu" Button near the clock)

If none, you could buy a bluetooth dongle (its dongle and not antenna). Any bluetooth dongle would do (preferable bluetooth 2.0 supported). These bluetooth dongles are USB-powered so they can be extremely cheap and durable. Also take note that you can buy a generic bluetooth dongle for like $ 5.00 but without software.

If you have gotten a bluetooth dongle, you can download the driver/software in www.bluesoleil.com if a software cd was not included in your purchase. Note: only 5-MB transfers can be made.

  2. Does your computer even have a bluetooth card or a bluetooth antennae device? Look at the programs you have there but I am guessing you don't have any.

You should by a computer bluetooth antennae so you can connect the phone and the PC
