How do I know if my computer still has trojan or spyware in it?

A few weeks ago I was attacked by trojans (I accidently approved some unknown certificate or something) and was able to stop them. I scanned with all my antivirus and antispyware programs, and there were more trojans. Everything was fine but I was a little paranoid of any hidden trojans in my folders. Recently I downloaded some unsafe files in winrar. When I clicked on the .exe, my avast! and AVG automatically displayed "Trojan Found!", BUT I accidently pressed "ignore" with both my avast! and AVG. I quickly deleted those files myself, but AVG found more trojans in my Opera temp folder. So after all that chaos, I ran scans with my AVG and avast!. Avast! found malware in one of my music files! AVG found no threats. My computer seems perfectly fine now, but I'm just afraid of any leftover trojans or spyware in any folder. I want to format but I want don't want to lose my files either. I always check my processes tab and I find no suspicious processes running, and my total CPU usage stays at around 10%-60%. I really want this computer to be TOTALLY clean of any threat, without having to format. Thank you.

Oh and PLEASE don't tell me to download any extra programs. I think I'm protected enough with Spybot, SUPERantispyware, avast!, AVG, and comodo firewall.
