How do I know if my kitten loves me??

Question

I haven't had her long but she likes to scratch and bite me (i think she is playing) she spends most of her time with me and likes to sleep on me and be next to me, but she always scratches and bites me! It doesn't really hurt as her claws and teeth are tiny but I don't know why she does this, does she hate me?? She doesn't really do this to anyone else, just me!

If they bite you it can mean they love you,as cats do it to each other if their close. And with the scratching she is probably just playful!  If she didn't like you she WOULDN'T sleep next to you!

She probably just does it to you cos she likes you the most!!

Kittens do that, they're only babies! Are you sure she isn't pawing you and sucking on your clothes? Cats often do this, it's what they do to their mothers when suckling. And by the way, don't expect unconditional love from your cat, you are merely a servant to them! They can be very affectionate but ultimately you are there to serve them :D

the kitten is just playing, its just that without another kitten to play with the only option is to play with hand, every cat that we have had has done this!!! you'll know when they attack you!!!!

Cats are not like humans, they do not love the way we do.  If you feed her and take care of her basic needs, she will look at you as the person who takes care of you and will show you affection.  Remember, she's an animal, not a human.

She seems to be friendly with you. She scratches and bites you in order to tease you in a friendly way. I know it 's annoying; if it annoys you, you can try to teach her not to do this to you.

She obviously feels comfortable around you and not threatened. If she was scared of you she would not do this. When my cats were tiny they used to do this a lot, mostly to my bf and me, but when other people were around they were timid.

She will grow out of it, its her way of learning and exploring.

when they bit and scratch your right i think they are playing but if they wag their tails its opposite to dogs they are angry so if they wag their tails try to be nicer

Cats play with what they have got, teeth and claws. If it seriously attacked you would know it. Cats don't love their owners per se, they love food. You bring them food, they show affection. Sorry to dispel your dream.
