How do I know if my syrian (golden) hamster is pregnant??

Question

My golden hamster's Candy (female) and Boo (male) have mated but i am not sure how to tell if candy is pregnant they are both 10 weeks old, i am nervous because this is the first time i actually try to breed hamsters or any kind of pet for that matter could any one help.( it would be easier if got answers on to tell without taking it to the vet).

Just wait, even your vet can't tell if it's pregnant or not.

If she is not pregnant, the female will come into heat every fourth night.  When she comes into heat, they will mate.

Put them together every night for a few minutes, for four nights in a row.

If they don't mate for four nights, she is probably pregnant.  Also, she'll be quick to fight the male if she is pregnant.

Well my friend had a pregnant hamster and she had a sack looking thing like hanging out of her back side. The sack is like skin and if you feel it it has either 1 ball in it or even 2 or more! In my friends case, it was five so be ready if you see a sack! =]
